The black culture embraces irresponsible and immature behavior. Most people dont take blacks seriously, they are merely viewed as entertainment but there is nothing entertaining about their communities or their high rate of violent crime.
Most of Africa is still primitive, there was hardly any advancement there, is that to be blamed on the white man? Of course not.
The most technically advanced country in Africa is South Africa which also happens to be the country in Africa with the most whites.
That speaks volumes.
