Well...Trump promoted and continues to promote that the election was stolen from him. Despite winning a grand total of zero out of dozens of court battles, some of which involved judges he appointed, he did not promote the peaceful transfer of power. In fact his vocal obsession that the election was stolen inspired believers to illegally storm/damage the Capitol in an attempt to keep Trump in office. Some of those rioters were very violent. People lost their lives in the process. Many of the rioters were threatening the lives of lawmakers. Very few people dispute anything I just said as the video evidence is overwhelming. If Trump is criminally indicted I will look at the crimes he's being charged for and the actual laws for the jurisdiction he's being charged in. I will then make a determination from there as to whether I think he's guilty or innocent. I gave my opinion on 4 cases last year pre-verdict: Rittenhouse, Floyd, Arbery, and Potter and I went 4/4 on the verdicts. I will not make a prediction if he gets indicted or not, because I really don't know, but if he goes to trial we shall see if I can continue that streak.
You feel better now? good, lol. Now, What's true concerning the January 6 jailing criteria? https://www.elitetrader.com/et/thre...-democrat-in-2024.367963/page-16#post-5635768 >
That's quite a bold all encompasing well considered statement for the leader of the free world. What a decisive man! A bold leader. A man for the times!
One thing I would like to see is more libel/slander cases brought on companies like INFO Wars and FOX News. If they want to be considered entertainment and not news in a court of law the host should have to read the following at the start of every broadcast: "This show is for entertainment purposes only, not to inform you of the truth. No part of this broadcast should be taken seriously. As part of the entertainment I will take things out of context, deliberately mislead you, and falsely report the facts." That way viewers are aware that the show is just entertainment as they like to argue when they are challenged in court.
Is Newsweek now liable for publishing fake news, or do they just not know who's on first? https://www.newsweek.com/jerome-segal-announces-2024-presidential-run-democratic-nomination-1727751
I’m assuming they don’t consider me credible since 99.9999% of the country has no clue who I am and I’ve never run for any political office. However, there were about 300 people running before I registered, many of them Democrats.
