I am not sure how to handle 'Hitch's' on the log or the chart.

Please explain about a 'Hitch'.

Here are some corrections to your comment.

I was born in Jan 1933.

My partner was born in Oct 1954.

I have limited POA's to trade (under 15). Those I trade for are doing projects to solve local problems.

Our place has 6 hours maintainance/day three days per week, weekly.

 

RTH means Regular Trading Hours for the session,which begins at 9:30 a.m. EST and ends at 15:45(for 'leveraged' traders) p.m. EST
