    its Eric Ross boys

www.djericross.com.....and yes i do love some of that Israel Techno.......

I was supposed to play Tel aviv but we all know what happen with that cough cough, ARABS, cough cough. anyways....still playing NYC, LA, NYC clubs.

and yes...i was long off the open, but then got short and then took it for a ride, then got long......mistake....and then got short again.....good move...then bought the last half hour......not a good idea.....but these where all options plays.......i shorted futuers 20 minis....10 naz 10 spz rode it all the way down to the noon chop....did well.....the got long.......had to reverse and rode it back down again......

today i made 4000 on futures...still short 5 and 5 and i was down like 2200 in options but ended down 1100.

November is just one of those months... one step forward three back....but i got plenty left over from the last few years...so im in no hurry........i will just go back to hitting base hits after i cover my futures tomorrow.....

  5. I don't think he posts per contract traded, but rather per unit traded (10), which gives a little bit different impression of average trade. He probably traded more than 10 contracts to get the 21.5 points per 10 (215 total points), but at any rate, nice trading amt4swa!

Most traders I know calculate per contract results, so when they see +21.5 per 10 they think he captured 125% of the day's range (17 pts), which is pretty close to walking on water and turning water to wine. (would that be walking on wine?) :D

  7. This is how I figure it...

    10 ES positions all day for my 9 intraday trades for +21.50 pts or $500 (10 ES) X +21.50 pts for $10,750 profit prior to commission costs of 9 total trades...all SHORT trades today...no LONGS. My 9 intraday trades today in order were as follows;

    #1 S 10 ES @ 1046.50 - C 10 ES @ 1044.50 +2.00 pts

    #2 S 10 ES @ 1047.25 - C 10 ES @ 1045.00 +2.25 pts

    #3 S 10 ES @ 1048.25 - C 10 ES @ 1046.25 +2.00 pts

    #4 S 10 ES @ 1045.75 - C 10 ES @ 1042.25 +3.50 pts

    #5 S 10 ES @ 1042.50 - C 10 ES @ 1038.00 +4.50 pts

    #6 S 10 ES @ 1042.75 - C 10 ES @ 1041.00 +1.75 pts

    #7 S 10 ES @ 1043.25 - C 10 ES @ 1042.00 +1.25 pts

    #8 S 10 ES @ 1044.00 - C 10 ES @ 1042.00 +2.00 pts

    #9 S 10 ES @ 1045.50 - C 10 ES @ 1043.25 +2.25 pts

Now at times I am in several 10 ES positions at the same time, because I will do 10 ES ADD's as the price goes against my previously entered position (kind of like scaling in). The rest of the day I spent covering my other ES SHORT Position Trade at the 1034.50 and 1035.25 levels. I then re-entered this ES SHORT Position Trade at the 1035 and 1037.25 price levels for continuing to hold overnight as I have stated before.

    Chris

BTW, thanx all for the PM's...I will answer them as fast as I can with the info! :)

turning water into wine , how about turning wine into water as i did in my options trades.

why dont many Es traders trade Nz as well? Nz move faster and more than es minis.

I mean look look at the short moves of the last two days on the Naz minis vrs the Spz minis.

i dont trade futures much...only when i think we are gona trend that day and i try and hold on to them all day.

But it seems like, to me, Nqz would be better scalping since the techs have been leading the market moves......

anyways..still short the nz and spz overnight.....of course not expecting much but a flat open.......as follow through does not happen anymore.

The overnight play is based on Technicals.......however..does not mean it will work...
