  2. I did not follow all that close to what saxon was doing but I thought he threw on a chunk at one point to go to 67 total? That is what I was talking about.

I don't really have an opinion on the reality of the account, but I do have a few comments.

15k isn't alot of money to lose over a few days. Wouldn't the account have to be near 400k to hold 70 contracts overnight? (5625x70) That said, losing 15-30k on an account that size shouldn't really be that stressful. IMO

Isn't the OP going to be in the same position he was when he posted this topic? ES up 4.5 AH, and I assume we may test 1135 again tomorrow or friday.

I've been on both sides of the situation. (Walking away after breaking even, and letting the loss return to the sizable amount.) Seems like if you've done something stupid like this before, AND the money actually means something to you, you walk away at break even.

Alright, I guess that is an explanation. Being asleep. Still, when the market kept going upward I assume you were awake and you could have eased up on it instead of holding onto the whole chunk.
Now even counting the 10K profit the position is again in the red by -3K. And the 26 is pretty much as many as the original 32, so it looks like you learnt nothing...

  8. 1237.50 touch with Euro back to 1.3300's (as US dollar pulls back)......started working 1237.00's so far tonight.

  9. 1232.00 filled....next at 1227.00

Euro selling off tonight helping to pull down EU session/indexes. If Euro trades through 1.3180 this could get additional momentum tonight.

  10. Bottom line is: ES is a tough market, especially for intraday traders.
