You sure about that? Just following your outline: Taxes: tax cuts for the wealthy. Court Packing: with unqualified Bible thumpers. Hypocrisy: mail in voting is fraudulent, although I do it. Lack of any pandemic plan: It will disappear, like a miracle. Planned Executive Overreach: I alone can fix it. (More executive orders than the previous four presidents, in just 4 years not 8.) Allegations of Corruption: lol, where to start.
He started that way at the last debate and got about 1 minute in before he fell apart...we will see if he listens to handlers or just goes bat shit crazy.
Hang on a second, Ricter. You're saying that Trump appointing a justice to the SCOTUS in his Presidential term is the equivalent to pushing a process to increase the number of justices beyond 9 in order to gain a majority?
Let's take a look at FDR's history with court packing... Judicial Procedures Reform Bill of 193 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Judicial_Procedures_Reform_Bill_of_1937
Court packing is nothing new in U.S. history. There is an entire proposed legal framework put forward by FDR on how it should be done.
This has nothing at all to do with the question I asked Ricter. I appreciate you interjecting your opinion into a conversation that you weren't involved in yet again but it would be really helpful if you paid attention to what the hell was being discussed. Ricter suggested (as I interpreted) that the Republicans were being hypocritical in packing the court criticisms because - as he said - they were doing it with a Bible Thumper (one would have to assume he meant ACB). I asked if he meant the suggestion that the President (Trump) performing his constitutional duty was akin to the threat the Democrats were making if they won the election. And then you show up and provide.....what point again?
