I have been trading for 7 years (all listed). Not sure what I think of the hybrid. I have made money every month except 2 and wonder what peoples thoughts are. I am finding it hard to trade in the morning, but better in the afternoon. Lots of our traders are struggling. I can't tell if it's just a bad market or the hybrid. What do you guys think.
