On TV they mentioned something called MAHEM: Miami Hurricane Evaluation Market. The futures can be traded only by meteorologists, and there is a limit of $500 to play per hurricane. I guess they are trying to mimic Las Vegas sportbookies. So the idea would be that these futures would predict correctly the path/strength/damage of a coming hurricane...
