We live in the middle of no-where in VA and had a Hughesnet business system installed at our house last week. My wife, returned to the US yesterday, and cannot access Ameritrade's streaming data...I suspect it's some sort of setting. Unfortunately, I'm presently in Russia and can't access the system at the house. I understand the latency issue but satellite was our only option, there being no other broadband available. What I can't figure out is why no streaming data at all. Calls to HughesNet from Russia to their outsourced facility in India provided no relief and an email inquiry was similarly useless. Has anyone seen this problem or have any suggestions (short of uninstalling HughesNet) whihc might shed some light on the problem? Thanks much.
