feel like we are bunch of yahoo shouting at oncoming locomotive tell it to stop before too late :D

but anyhoo you seem like a sharp business man with a deep understanding of how market auction suppose to work, all you need is to apply your ebay skill set to the future market, there is one book on market auction theory that I think you might like to take a look Richard Ney's Making it in the Market, a more up to date ebook is available pm me for detail, good luck.

  4. Priceless.

I too thought the list of items for sale on ebay was the final kicker in a very elaborate practical joke. Sadly I think it is for real.

  6. I'm a futures trader. I used to trade 10 cars etc back in the days, till something disasterous happened. Oh fun times.

And I never had to dip into my credit card for a trading stake quite yet. I am 2 months behind on my electric bill that they're going to disconnect it in a short time (May 27th). My goal was to turn this into at least 10K this month. But, it didn't quite work out like that. I was on pace to do it till the last trade on Week 1.

Now it comes down to survival. I need to wait and only take trades that are sure winners and cut losers very very fast.

I have $700 in my account and this is the lowest point yet. I also suspect responding to this thread is kind of reinforcing in me to hang onto losers. It is like, I am not notorious if I don't lose :(
Damn man, I sure do have too much to overcome.

  9. Unless people start to complain to management about preventing people using multiple user names there will always be threads like this.
