Reduction in open pnl and/or margin calls combined with increase in vol in other markets (gold, silver etc) will cause VAR based portfolios to pare back risk in other markets. These secondary effects offer opportunities to the nimble!

The BEARS may get a reprieve later today and early next week as I think we may see a MINOR RETRACEMENT. As always this will make the bears overcommit to the downside, and when that happens: WOOOOSHH! -the uptrend will resume. How does wednesdays of the last week of the month indicate that there will be an afternnon rally? Just interested. I also think we are due for a nice rally but I have been wrong about these things often. The main reason for me was due to how my stocks were behaving.
