And it's expensive too. The guy still settled with the maid even though he said he wouldn't. He should still feel lucky that it happened before #Metoo and he's not an American. He is French so everything is forgiven. LOL
Sure, we have seen the movie before. Roman Polanski was 45 years old when he gave qualudes to a 14 year old girl, raped her anally while in the swimming pool, and then fled the country when the legal stuff went against him. As a result of that, Americans had to listen to months and months of lecturettes from the French about how the Americans are all descended from Puritans so are all uptight about sex, unlike the progressive, multicultural French. Apparently every French parent is okay having a 45 year old guy, drug, and anally rape their daughter.
Technically he's not French so technically he's not forgiven. LOL And I've seen one of his films, the guy's got issues.
As a side note, Polanski received a standing ovation at the Academy Awards show a few years ago by the celebrity #metoo crowd.
He was born in Paris, so as his victim might say: "whether he is French or not is all in the behind of the holder."
Then his "evidence" would not be able to stand up in court and he would be charged with "assault with a dead weapon."
No he's not going to present much evidence, he will just stand up in court and shout "I am Roman Polanski. I am an Oscar winner. Don't you know who I am??!!" LOL
That movie "The Pianist" was AWESOME though. People were probably applauding for the film more than anything else.
