PAR will go to $200 !!. Oh yeah. Here are my thoughts. None of them need PAR so bad. At least HP does not need it because DEL was the first one who put an offer. It reminds me of auction activities. Have you ever been into an auction? bidders increase their bid not because the item worths more, but just to show that they are richer and smack their rivals in their face. Then most of the time they end up buying something at aridiculously high price. Just wait for the day that DELL or HPQ fires 80% of PAR employees or sells the company for $5 per share as a bad acquisition. PAR is the winner and HPQ and DELL are both losers in this senario.
