Hi folks, lately, my eyes started going buggy from too much screen time. Anybody else have this problem? What did you do about it? I may have to give this up for who knows how long cause it's getting really bad. I'm using a laptop with an LCD screen dating back ten years. Is there better technology in the modern screens? Easier on the eyes?
Based on personal experience and reading various books on man interacting with his environment I've come to the conclusion "you can get used to anything". That being said, you'll get used to it. I prefer semi - dark, I have two windows with shades partially open and a small lamp which I leave on all the time.

Superfocus glasses. Incredibly good product. Even if you look like an old Harry Potter. (have them and they work great)
