Trump is trying to imply he is the smartest person. To bad he doesn't use proper grammar like the smartest person would.
I wonder if Howard runs and Trump orders his people at Trump Tower to cancel the lease in his properties as punishment......wouldn't that raise all kinds of legal issues...
Let me fix this for you... Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz: I love our country, and I'm seriously considering getting Trump reelected
Some of the old days were just a year ago or less. That super-delegate system the dems had was very much an old boys/girls backroom system. One concession that bernie did achieve is the elimination of that. Gawd, Hillary had a major share of the superdelegates tied up before the primaries even began. Technically the system has not been eliminated, but the rules have changed such that they cannot vote on the first ballot.
I think the dems are already meeting to discuss a special counsel just for that. Starbucksgate. Yep. We need a few years of that.
I bet- am being serious too- that little dem delegations are being formed to talk to Shultz about the various cabinet positions/ambassadorships that will be available to him if he should "decide" to not run and the dems win. I would love to see Howard have about six espressos so that he is totally wired when Kamala talks to him and he goes off the reservation and says. "Heh, me withdraw? How bout maybe you withdraw BITCH- and no I don't let black folks use the bathroom here so if you think you are going to pee your pants then move along."
Centerist Independent? I am the closest thing I know to someone who is central independent and what i call a Washingtonian Federalist (Washington was the first and only President to try and lead above party politics and focus on a strong central government to bring the country together). There is no way in hell in this political environment any one can claim to be an independent centralist and get any support. Every issue dividing America right now is based on clearly drawn lines between the right and left and there is no magnet that can pull people to a centralist idea. Those days are long gone....
