Day trading Equity Index futures. Use several time frames and a few MA lines. Entries are 85% trend pullbacks, 15% reversals. Average 5 trades/per day. Target & Stop on every trade. Target is always 1.5x greater than Stop. Hit target 48-49% of the time. Edit add: My "style", or just say trade plan, has very defined signals and it's a "low-stress" deal for me. Of course there are times when volatility is high and I'm glued to a screen (though I find that enjoyable), but most days I'm able to direct attention to several other things while trading. (e.g read or study things that interest me, talk to family/friends, enjoy my meals, etc.)
just curious how you guys are trading futures. are you using buying/selling contract aka option? is that correct?
it would be nice to know options, seriously thinking about getting into it. seems like best way to trade swings.
options as a strategic investment Mc Millan Mc Millan on options option volatility and pricing Sheldon Natenberg come to mind
i tried to learn options before...and i came to realize options is not for me. i don't want to learn or trade option....lol. for now, it is day/swing trade on equities for me.
