How to trigger trailing stop limit order based on price in IB?

How would I create a trailing stop limit order in IB when a straddle advances to a specific price? For example:

• Straddle purchased at $2.50
• Straddle reaches $2.75
  
• Trailing stop limit order w/ 3% trail is automatically created at $2.75

 

Do you want to create this manually in TWS? Or are you asking how to do this via the API?
