Agree. High win rate does not always equal high winnings. In fact it almost always equals the opposite. Think baseball, for those who are familiar. High homerun (winner) rate hitters almost always equals high strike out (loser) rate. Ratio wise. But 86.7% sure is an attention grabber. No doubt this "system" was developed exactly to get such attention.
You can never tell if an ATS will be profitable in the future because that depends on many unknown factors.
