how to remove pc noise?

  1. Yes, that is possible. The software you'll need depends on your operating system (OS). Your new PC then becomes a so-called "headless server", controlled by the laptop's keyboard, mouse and monitor. The software you need is related to controlling a "remote desktop" (even though remote might mean less than 3 feet away in your case). However, it does require your laptop to be switched on. You were complaining that your laptop generates noise. Wouldn't you then still have the noise?

Remove the laptop and plug in the screen and keyboard to the fanless PC.
