Hi, I'd like to register an investment company in Canada to trade stocks, options and futures with my own money. The purpose is to offset some cost, such as furniture, office supply, pay my wife salary to reduce tax. When I am big enough, I may hire someone to help, such as develop the system, quantitative analysis. Is that a good idea to do so now? And how to start? Actually I cannot find what category of business should I register? Hope anyone has experience to help. Thank you very much.
