A quick call to PFG will confirm that they are Euro-style. The issue isn't really that minor gaffe, but the fact that you "wrote the book" on greeks yet you didn't realize that Euro-style options can be freely traded any time prior to expiration. Obviously you cannot reconcile your f*ck-up with Euro-style and your self-described "wrote the book" level of experience.
