Some people I know asked me if I want to manage their accounts, -common online discount brokers-, and get a % of the profits. Neither me, nor my customers are US residents or citizens. Is there a legal way to do it, without requiring a lengthy/costly/complicated registration with the SEC? Will a written agreement help me, or I could be sued for it?
