Question and answer time: 1. Question to the atheist. Do you believe in God? Answer of atheist: "No, I don't believe in God." 2. Question to atheist. Does God exist? No, God does not exist. 3. Question to atheist. Then you believe God does not exist? 4. Answer from atheist: Goddammit, you are a fool. I have no beliefs, God does not exist, and since you can't prove me wrong, it is a fact that God does not exist, therefore it is not a belief.
i believe that 'god' has not been rationally defined. therefore, i don't even get to the point of examining the evidence for belief or disbelief. therefore i have no belief.
So you believe you can define what evidence would confirm what it would take for you to believe that your current belief that God does not exist is wrong and that God does actually exist... Lots of belief going on...that's for sure. ...and how is it exactly that do you know you are not dreaming right now?
Without a precise definition of the object or thing in question how can you even get to the point of belief or disbelief? ps the rules of evidence and reason are not my rules but THE rules, good reliable rules tested by time for the rational being
