  2. To the believers out there and those who have humility, grace, wisdom and decency.

I perused the thread a bit and it seems there is a strong troll and swine infestation.

I know threads like these might dwindle and die without some conflict in the dialog but just remember a Troll is a Troll ... so at some juncture don't cast your pearls to the swine. They will trample them and you under foot because it is their nature to do so.

  7. Thank you for being civil.

I was addressing believers. Those who aren't ... they are free to believe as they wish. That isn't my role.

So my claims should be seen as "my opinion" though for me they are based
on my experiences and belief and faith. Others are free to do the same.

I find it repugnant when religion is forced on others. Only the hungry and thirsty need apply.
There is a clear difference between those who have true peace and demonstrate care
and love and service to others versus the "religious or rebellious."

One can tell a whole lot about people by what comes out of them.

    Usually there are 4 camps:

    1) religious, self righteous
    2) rebellious, bitter and angry
    3) seeker, truth hungry
    4) spiritual

Unfortunately many of the "spiritual" camp have mixture and error and frailty.
Of that camp many really have a right heart and speak that way.

It is a pretty strait forward principle ... "Light and truth when communicated will reveal things and
force things to rise up and manifest their inner nature."

Eph 5:13-14 But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the
light, for whatever makes manifest is light.

It's quite apparent you're not understanding much about any of this at all.

Were you to stop ignoring the answers given to your god damn question, then you wouldn't need to keep shouting for an answer.

Religion is like the pupil of an eye. The more light you shed on it, the more it contracts to shut light out.

...as you and your colleques of the middle ages theocracy club have most proficiently demonstrated within this thread

  10. Religion is not forced on anyone in the United States. Forcing someone would be saying "convert now or i will kill you" But just telling someone your beliefs is not forcing religion on anyone. If that was the case, then one could say McDonalds hamburgers are forced on Americans. No. McDonalds advertises and people choose if they want to eat there. Same with Religion. Christians Preach, and people can choose to believe or not to believe, or even argue that God doesnt exist if they want.

The first 3 words that God spoke to man in Genesis was "You are free..."

And that verse rings true today. You are free to choose whatever religion you want. You are free to choose to not believe in God. You are free to walk away from any preacher telling you that you are a bad person and need forgiveness. You are free to not listen to atheists rants about how everything came from nothing with a big bang. You are free to believe you are not an evolved monkey and you are free to believe you are an evolved monkey.
