how to handle drawdowns?

Most people probably don't appreciate how profound your statements are, or don't understand the implications.

As to the OP, drawdown is a fact of life for any investing/trading activities, and if your plan is sound, you will recover and then some. For most of us, been there done that.

It was never easy.

 

Make them part of your strategy: plan what to do when they happen, before you enter the trade, then stick to your plan!
