How to get your Testosterone High?

  1. DHEA is a parent hormone. It has minimal impact on HPTA. I've seen bloodwork taken months after the cessation of the formestane/DHEA protocol in which free [from SBHG] test was >2000 ng/dL. I realize this is not a "natural" protocol, but it's very safe. The fact that it's a precursor makes it legal.

Keto is a redox of DHEA and cannot be bio-transformed [enzymatically or otherwise] into sex-hormones. A very good molecule, but has no impact on test.

Resveratrol has been shown to raise free-test and dramatically improve HDL/LDL ratios. There is a lot of talk that resv is not bio-available, but in fact it is highly-available, but quickly conjugated in the liver. It should be bound to HPMC as per the Sirtis 501 protocol.

  3. I find it interesting that one can actually feel the effect of testosterone short time after administration (6 hr after injection?). What do you guys actually feel? Do you feel it in your muscles? Feel better overall?

Did anybody notice an effect on mental clarity and/or trading success in response to the injection? I understand that this is all very subjective.

  4. Good post!!!

I've had a product (otc supplement) on my shelf for some time I haven't used. It's called DIMension 3.
Priorietary DIM 150mg, Curcumin 500mg, and Bioperine 5mg. It also has HPMC, stearic acid, silica, and magnesium stearate in it.

My HRT doc gave me a bottle to try, but I didn't use it like a dummy. She said this is for keeping Estrogen in check, toxin control, and testosterone stabilization.

What do you know about this product atticus?

Damn! I thought I was the only guy on here with 15 yrs+ supplement, and "supplement" experience! I learn something new everyday...:)

Btw, I used to get an injectible 2ml amp called "Sten" from Mexico(no, not Stenox-Halotestin. LOL!) It had Test Cyp AND DHEA in it. That was absolutely the best I have ever felt using it! Horny, happy, strong, energetic, etc.,

I can't order that stuff anymore, as I don't want the dumbass feds screwing with my securities licenses. But, wonder if an oral DHEA would be good?

  5. I normally get a really solid pump with suspension, and a hardened look with it intraday. It's better noticed after a couple days of use though. But yes, day one I feel suspension.

Agree, I am 5-10 years away from the point where there is an accetable tradeoff to following the pharmaceutical route IMO. For myself there is just too much I am not happy about to start this now to pre-empt irreversible changes from ageing. If it was risk free I would, but shrivelled testes etc are just not apealing while my body is still producing obviously adequate levels.

  7. That's why you get a blood panel done. I have seen and heard of guys who are 18 with levels of a teen girl.

BUT, if you are producing adequate levels of test, you DO NOT need to use it unless you are wanting to compete. As for the shrinking nuts, that can be taken care of with HCG, Clomid, and Nolvadex. If serious, HMG, and Factrel. You can go from "grape nuts" (LOL!) to walnuts with the right protocol of the above, so it's not really a major issue to freak out about.

And, competing these days... I think the legal risks are far worse than the physical risks of "supplementing." You can thank ignorant, JEALOUS lawmakers for that.

  9. What's the view here regarding training? Most of us seem to be into the basics (compound movements), but for example, how often will you hit chest in a wk? There's pletty of research out that supports a wide range of routines (high volume eastern block methods, short intense low volume, etc).

I've pretty much tried a lot of them and it seems I'm best suited for hitting 1 body part every 5-7 days, taking each set to failure (8-10 sets/body part), 5-8 rep range. I try to increase resistance every workout (even if only adding 1lb) or try to get more reps with same weight. 1-2 min rest bwtn sets.

To those juicing, do you alter your routine when on vs off? I've heard that when on you should keep the rep range around 12, so when your off, doing lower rep work will help maintain your on cycle gains; any truth to that?

  10. ***UPDATE: newer research (from 2009). not sure if there is more data since then.

''...Coates reported in April that a study of 17 young male traders he conducted found that they tended to make more money on days that their testosterone levels were high, indicating that the hormone encouraged them to take more profitable risks.

The new study was aimed at investigating whether an innate sensitivity to the hormone was also at work, with some men having essentially been born to be traders by having been sensitized to testosterone in the womb. The researchers studied 44 male traders in London involved in "high-frequency" or "noise" trading, which requires intensely scanning economic data to make very fast trades involving large amounts of money.

To determine the traders' prenatal testosterone exposure, the researchers measured their "2D:4D ratio," the relative lengths of the index and ring fingers on the right hand. Those exposed to higher levels of testosterone in the womb tend to have relatively longer ring fingers.

When the researchers looked at the traders' profits over a 20-month period from 2004 to 2007, they found that the most experienced traders who had been exposed to the most testosterone in the womb earned about six times as much as those exposed the least. They also tended to have the longest careers, surviving about three years more on average.
