Did not go through the each page of this thread but if someone knowledgable would not mind to point a) which of the items mentioned are steroids that have side effects. b) which are the items that are natural and thus no side effects but still bring up the T levels for more energy and mental clarity. Has someone heard about the date fruit seeds. They also bring up the T-levels if crushed into powder and taken with honey or some sweet paste for taste.
All steroids have side effects. Creatine even has side effects, some people experience bloating or cramps.
bloating is what creatine is suppose to do. it increases water retention within cells. cramps are usually from people taking too much at one time.
An alternative way of elevating testoterne for those who don't want to exercise or take supplements is a corner office overlooking a park.
Don't use transparent [polycarbonate] plastic bottles. Nalgenes, soda bottles, etc. These are great: http://www.kleankanteen.com/ as well as the opaque HDPE bottle: http://www.nalgenechoice.com/ultralite.html
Everybody, thank you for the stimulating discussion. I will try to summarize the tips suggested (more or less in the order of their appearance in the thread): Sex: 1.a regular schedule of afternnon delights 2.Watch porn. 3.Don't jack off 4.Exact opposite. Lack of ejaculation causes your body to lower testosterone production 5.plenty of aerobic sexual exercise Exercise: 1.Heavy deadlifts and squats shortly before bedtime. Any resistance training will help. 2.Ditto to the deadlifts/squats comment. Plus other mid to low rep compound movements. Keep exercise intense and brief (45-60min) No more then 3 dead/squat workouts every 2 wks. 3.periodic aerobic exercise 4.You should be training to near muscle failure. Low reps to near failure will cause micro tears 5.Excercise and "stress or strainful" activities will increase Test naturally. This is key for a multitude of benefits. Bottom line.. Just do something that pushes you beyond your comfort zone!! 6.I find that the harder I work out later in the evening, the more difficult it is for me to fall asleep. I have to hit the gym right after the markets close if I am to have an intense workout and then sleep well and soundly that night. 7.I guess we're all a little different and you know what works best for you. I personally workout later in the evening w/out it effecting my sleep. I feel it makes me sleep more soundly, go figure 8.I'd much prefer 10 all-out high-intensity sets per (larger) muscle group twice a week, given the choice 9.Nothing beats the basic exercises. I keep the isolation stuff to a bare minimum and a distant second to the basics. (I'm the only one in my gym who does weighted dips and chins, at least while I'm there.) Since you mentioned curls, I only do barbell curls. 10.If you work out hard you are releasing adrenaline which will keep you awake. From memory it hangs around in the blood for 30mins while the calming relaxing endorphins stay around for an hour or more if I remeber correctly. Maybe if you try finishing working out 45 minutes before bed, or not so intensely as to release adrenaline? 11.I would suggest that you do more squats, it will release a lot of testerone if you do them Hormones: 1.pharmaceutical testosterone based compounds 2.inject steroids 3.Transdermal formestane w/wo DHEA is available OTC. Tamoxifen, raloxifene, toremifene, clomid; hCG 4.Take some Nolvadex pills (they're legal, I think). 5.see a doctor about Hormone Replacement Therapy 6.I've been using the Barry Bonds formula for the most part....HGH, DHEA, Prednisone....all in moderation. 7.VERY important point, from studying endocrinology I have always been extremely resistent to the idea of external tampering with hormones - they are all linked together via feedback loops and the body can be fooled into thinking it needs to shut something down if serum levels are artificially high - testosterone is a known case of this. At late fourties/fifties maybe the benefits offset the risk, but before the age where natural slowing of production kicks in to the point of affecting quality of life I would be very wary of taking testosterone 8.Aside from the recurring nightmares I had of Rottweliers dressed as postmen (and ice cream truck drivers) ripping my throat out at my door over and over, I'd say Tren was a great experience 9.I know a guy who swears by Ritalin 10.extremely true, I have done a few years of medicine, you don't want to mess with your hormones because of unknown side effects 11.And yes, once you start using exogenous testosterone, your HTPA shuts down, which basically means your Anterior Pituitary Gland will send a signal to the body: "hey don't make any more testosterone. Don't need to."Could cause the Testicles to atrophy (shrink in size) requiring HCG injections, Clomid, and Nolvadex to "kick start" your own natural testosterone production back up restoring testicle size. No, testosterone will NOT make your dong shrink. LOL!!! 12.I did a never-ending-cycle for 5 years and, at 25,(and several felony drug possession charges later) have finally started to put more emphasis on my endogenous testosterone. I already feel better about myself knowing that all my test is made inside. I ran 10 Organon Sustanon 250 amps per week for 10 weeks and I still didn't feel as great as I feel now 13.Testosterone actually starts to decrease when you start turning 30. You can take steroids to increase testosterone however, there will be side effects, hair loss, gyno (growth of female breasts), testicle shrinkage, and increase agression Natural: 1.Stinging nettle helps. 2.lean protein, low complex carb diet - grilled pork, chicken, fish, beans, nuts 3. 8 or more hours of sleep regularly 4.increase levels of creatine and nitric oxide combined with a regular muscle toning/building exercise routine (pick her up and run up and down your stairs a few times before engaging in item 1) MuscleTech nanovapor works well with item 5. GNC carries it. Blue Raspberry and Grape are good. Fruit Punch is worse than terrible. GNC's Orange Cream whey protein is good with low-carb orange juice and ice blended into a smoothie... 5.f you want natural go for a product called tribestan 6.The importance of spiritual well being in maintaining youthfullness can hardly be underestimated 7.BTW,muscletech is garbage and GNC is a scam 8.GNC is a joke, but the fat guys working there that know all about training really crack me up 9.Stinging nettle extract from Designer Supplements, $42 at bb.com, $36 at DPS. BB.com's pricing is not remotely competitive with DPS or nutra 10.Diet is NUMBER ONE in anything!!!!!!!! The cleaner the better. Use common sense here 11.GNC sucks 12.As suggested by Atticus I am doing 3 grams of resveratrol per day right before bed 13.Tribulus is garbage man. 14.want to increase your tes?take zinc supplements, but only in small amounts(5mg a day with some breaks), if you exagerate it will screw up other metal balances 15.MALES SHOULD NOT TAKE SOY PROTEIN! Unless you want to look like a transvestite. 16.GNC is shit? Why, because it is expensive? So what? It's a convenience to me because its not even 10 minutes from the house, plus I throw away more money at titty bars in 15 minutes than what I spend in an entire month on nanovapor and whey protein
LMAO re EMS. Next you'll breakout the butterfly board, right? Have you noticed any benefit from the resveratrol? How long you been using it?
