I bought a new black ink cartridge less than 3 months ago. I hardly used the printer during that time but it's no longer working . The previous cartridge lasted about 6 months and wasn't used very much either. I will never buy anything Lexmark again and I 'd love to send these f*ckers a nasty email but that won't solve the problem. Is there anything you can do to get a cartridge that may have dried to work again, I tried shaking, now exposing to monitor heat
