What happened has happened. Take a break. Don't think to much about the missed trades. Be back with a strong mind and stay consistent with your setup.
So true! - it is tough when you missed good setup. I feel usually I'do like to focus on mindset before diving in. How you usually reset after loss?
Suggest adopting the notion.. "Each trade stands on its own". What happened before, whether you caught the good move, missed, or got hurt... has no relevence to the next trade. Let's say you had caught a good move and have now taken profits. How would you trade afterwards? If each trade stands on its own, you'd trade as your method says to. You sometimes hear someone ask, "How do I make myself do the right thing"? For many, the market has a high component of "mental battle"... which can be won.
Good Morning bklynkid2, If you have a system that you know made or make money, all you can do is one thing, invest in the system and let it run.
If I miss a good and profitable entry into the market for some reason, I don't try to catch up with the market first. I just wait for all the next conditions to make a reasonable and balanced next trade and I don't worry at all about the entry I missed. There will be many more of these entries and the market will not run away from us.
