How to get a snapshot in excel based on time

    I have DDE links into an excel spreadsheet that gives pretty much any market info I need. I am trying to create a macro that will take market snapshots of specific stocks at certain times throughout the day. Does anyone have a macro they would mind sharing that may be able to do this?
