Drink a gallon of milk a day on top of your regular food and squat heavy 3 times a week. You will add 20 lb very quick. Some fat but mostly muscle if you are an untrained novice.
Move your body a lot LESS. That means less walking running, etc. Esp. fast quick movements. I don't think you can easily eat twice as much as you did before. BUT... burning much less energy than others, like 6x less is a lot easier. The other advice is: avoid overheating of the body. Its more or less 150 lbs water, which simply evaporates when you're too hot. Do you have any idea how much energy is needed to warm 150 lbs of water by few degrees?
DO NOT HAVE AN ORGASM UNTIL YOU REACH YOUR DESIRED WEIGHT. Do this 3x a day. Eat a meal, leaving room for the following: 1 glass of orange juice with as much honey and sugar as you can stand followed 15 minutes later by... 2 egg whites with half a glass of milk (you can probably double this if you are impatient) Report back and let us know how it works.
