you can do it physically. or right click anywhere on the screen and click Nvidia Control Panel (if you are using Nvidia)....
Not sure for Mac, but If using windows... I remember early on in my office career, as a practical joke, we'd flip people's screens upside down if they left their desk without locking their computer, as most people didn't know the shortcuts, and would have to phone the IT dept for help.
LOL! I used to do a similar when we ran DOS... changed the cursor ID to something stupid just for a laugh.
