how to explain this chart

    Hi all,
    I found this chart on Monday at EUR/GBP. Can you explain why the price went to down so far and back? what reason caused this long long tail at about 17:00? the chart file attached. thanks

    I don't follow that pair but it looks like it may be a bad tick.
