How to easily and quicly transfer shares between two accounts you own?

I need to do this to remove profits from one account.
"Excess" shares are transferred to other account.

I own both accounts.

(i.e. the account is left at the same market value as the original capital invested).

Then shares are liquidated from the second account, and profits distributed.
