How to cut down crime drastically imo

  1. That's a sober minded assessment. It does appear that the perps had no loaded weapons because they scrambled like mad dogs to get out. Had they been truly armed, another scenario would likely have unfolded.

That old man had balls, and kept advancing while firing.

    Robbing an internet cafe?!?

Even the Bible condones killing when one's life and family are threatened.

Ok, so here you imply that you are OK with a woman shooting and killing a man who is attempting to rape her. Or did I misread?

Bullshit. You guys on the left throw the word context every time your views contradict each other. Rather sad. When someone says the believe in the sanctity of life, I don't need context.

The phrase sanctity of life looks at the idea that human life is sacred, argued mainly by the pro-life side in political and moral arguments over such controversial issues as abortion, contraception, euthanasia, stem-cell research, and the "right to die" in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and other English-speaking countries. (Comparable phrases are used in other languages.) Although the phrase was used primarily in the 19th century in Protestant discourse, after World War II the phrase has been appropriated for Roman Catholic moral theology and, following Roe v. Wade, evangelical moral rhetoric.[1]

In Western thought, sanctity of life is usually applied solely to the human species (anthropocentrism, sometimes called dominionism), in marked contrast to many schools of Eastern philosophy, which often hold that all animal life is sacred―in some cases to such a degree that, for example, practitioners of Jainism carry brushes with which to sweep insects from their path, lest they inadvertently tread upon them.

So a person, a human being, is formed at conception? Nah, no context nonsense for you, eh?

Now let's talk about the Right's "sanctity of life" and the need for capital punishment and war at the drop of a hat: "You talkin' to me?!"

(Not to mention a relative disregard for the poor and downtrodden.)

  9. Let's look at Geezer's technique:

did not seek cover before engaging (his chair might have a been a good choice)

advanced straight into the line of fire (having not taken cover, he did not take evasive action)

fired the first shot right handed (not a two hand grip)

almost went down on one knee, then came back up (hesitation)

remembered to shoot two-handed in the second video

reverted to one-handed cowboy "throw the bullets at 'em" style in subsequent shots

    never double-tapped

looked entierely too self-satisfied after the shot out the door

All in all, I'd say an outstanding performance, especially since he got the piece out of his pants so fast, not easy to do sitting down!

As the human reproductive cells, sperm and egg, contain only human DNA, it follows that human life begins actually begins before conception.
