The best way would be to compare with more than one broker or trading with their demo accounts to check their spreads, pips and stability. For example, I trade with FP Markets, but I compared it with brokers like CMC and ICM before investing in it. FP Markets spreads were tighter and stable even during high volatile market situations.
Usually, brokers offer zero spread but they take a commission, and tipically number spread fee and commission are equal, so in my view, it's the same thing but a different name or term.
right now so many broker offering 0 pip spreads and its really supportive for the traders who are particularly scalpers.
each broker has a full description of the working conditions and other points, maybe you should pay attention to this?
I found my low spreads broker by researching on different forum sites and by reading several reviews. I currently trade with FP Markets, an ASIC broker with some of the lowest spreads starting from as low as 0.0pips through the day.
0 pips on a live account ? that's insane do you know where is the broker based and what's the leverage they offer ?
How can there be a 0.0 pip spread? That would mean that bid and ask are same price, and no trading is actually happening.
@radex78 I believe that there’s no free lunch in the forex market. If a broker offers low spreads, would obviously be earning through commission rates.
