I just can't find the symbols

  2. I don't believe you can.

IB offers decent rates on $10k plus (and better on $100k plus).

  3. You can purchase T-Bills at IB. Send your instructions through our Inquiry Ticket system. Please be very specific about the face value and maturity. Providing a cusip or isin is best.

We do not provide quotes. We execute your order at the best price available. Once you send your ticket, you cannot cancel your order.

There is a 1 million dollar face value minimum, and the margin requirement is 3%.

I'll get back at you in fifty years

  5. There is probably an ETF that replicates tbills you can use. Won't help if you specifically want t-bills for their marginable properties.

Does anyone know the symbol of these etfs?

  7. You'd probably want TIP or SHY.

  8. So you will only enter a t-bill trade for your customers if they buy $1,000,000 minimum?????????

I find it ironic I am able to buy T Bills at any other firm in increments of $1000 and usually FREE @ AUCTION!

    I think TS might have a 10 G minimum.

I just want to earn some interest on my balance. Since its less than $10k I'm trying to put in some kind of security while I'm on vacation. Some of these ETFs have interest rate risk, anyone have a suggestion?
