The United States is not imperial. Therefore, there is no threat of over expansion and reliance military campaigns for economic infusions.

We have more than enough resources to sustain a high quality of life and healthy population growth for hundreds of years.

The greatest threat to us is money in politics. Moneyed interests can afford to put their personal well being before the countries we’ll being.

This giant debt funded, tax cut is a perfect example of the influence of money in politics. There is little if any tangible benefit to the country from this tax cut. It’s a pilfering of the public theft credit through corporate buy backs.

References to God in States Constitutions.

Alabama 1901 We the people of the State of Alabama … invoking the favor and guidance of Almighty God, do ordain and establish the following Constitution”

Alaska 1956 We, the people of Alaska, grateful to God and to those who founded our nation and pioneered this great land”

Arizona 1911 We, the people of the State of Arizona, grateful to Almighty God for our liberties, do ordain this Constitution”

Pick a State, they all ALL reference Almighty God in some fashion in their Constitutions.

Mayflower Compact 1620 IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN. We, whose names are underwritten, the Loyal Subjects of our dread Sovereign Lord King James, by the Grace of God, of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith, &c. Having undertaken for the Glory of God, and Advancement of the Christian Faith, and the Honour of our King and Country, a Voyage to plant the first Colony in the northern Parts of Virginia; Do by these Presents, solemnly and mutually, in the Presence of God and one another, covenant and combine ourselves together into a civil Body Politick, for our better Ordering and Preservation, and Furtherance of the Ends aforesaid:

Pick an early Colonial charter/constitution they all ALL acknowledge God.

    The God of the Bible.

  5. State Contitutions haha

Sorry...The Constitution said God does not belong in the government... cannot pick and choose which amendments you want to follow.

Keep your God in your church and in your house, it does not belong in the Government. You want it in school, go to a private school then.

So you believe in this all powerful being God , the kind that only cares about Americans and started make life rough for them once he was kicked out of school and the government.

That is quite a weird God to believe in...

Do you often associate with people who don't want you around?

Separation of the Church from the Government is a progressive liberal construct. The Founders wanted the opposite. They didn’t want a repeat of the Church of England - a Government mandated and controlled theocracy. But they never imagined a government operating without Divine Providence.

  7. You used your OUIJA board and they told you this? 1st Amendment seems pretty clear just like the 2d Amendment. If you want God in your school, go to a private school.

Why do you feel you must push your religion on others? You don't like liberals telling you what to do but it is okay for you to cite a fantasy and make everyone follow it? No one is telling you not to worship and do you, but don't force it down on everyone. 1st Amendment says so.

Seems pretty clear and cut and dried just like 2d Amendment what it means.

  8. We absolutely do have a state religion that is being promoted in schools.

Secular Humanism - which is every bit as much a world view and a religious belief system as many other "denominations."

No ones pushing anything, this country was openly, publicly founded on Judeo-Christian beliefs. Public prayer was common place, references to the Bible and God were/are seen throughout our government buildings. Prayer and Biblical teachings were a part of the public school systems.

The movement to strip our culture from it’s historical Christian beginning started in earnest in the 60’s. Your position isn’t the norm of history, it’s a liberal disease propagated by the left in the last 50 years.
