How soon changing data subscription take effect.

    Yeah. That is for the month ahead. The payment on Nov 2 did not pay for Oct, the month that just passed. It is paying for the month ahead, through Nov 30th.

    I guess it is semantics here. :-\

    Disagree not semantics. Clarity. There is month behind, current month, and next month.
