How small towns increase revenues

  1. Actually, the police are far too concerned with parking tickets, traffic violations, underage drinking and 15 year olds taking pictures of themselves. It is easy and stress-free!!

  2. It's the police chief not the average police officer. I have a buddy that is a cop and he said that where we are the m.o. is to write as many tickets as possile. He'd love to do other shit he says, but alas it's like any job. Some guy up top that doesn't get it calls the shots. I understand the frustration though.

Its like that here in Toronto. Most of the force rides around in squad cars all day ......writing tickets.

Agreed, it comes from the top. Seems its a broader agenda of manufactured crisis.

Withhold essential services until a nuisance festers into a crisis. Then citizens plead for more security/jobs - at any cost - and Government schmucks gladly help themselves to our freedoms and tax dollars.

If Cops actually did their jobs, we wouldn't need HALF OF THEM.

Better to squander 90% of police resources to justify their own budget!!

Its become parasitic. Much the same as Big Government.

Is it time to cut the fat? Or am I alone on this?
