How significant is the FOMC Minutes report?

    Hello,

    Today's FOMC minutes created a bit of a stir in the mraket today.

    I had thought this report would be a non-event, since the minutes were from the October meeting.

    Was today's action an anomaly? Or does this report generally create market volatility?
