Rush already opened his maw. Sotomayor is a racist, she would not even pass the test to be a juror, not mention a judge. So, by proxy she is incompetent to serve. If the pubs try this, they will be utterly destroyed. How do they attack her? They only thing they can hope to do is hope the Obama administration starts showing signs of wear and tear by midterm.
