Some time ago we got a bread making machine and it was a revelation. The difference between the home made bread, even one kneaded by a machine rather than by hand, compared to the supermarket one, is massive.

 

I make Irish brown bread quite often, cooking in an art, baking a science they say.

Certainly easy and relaxing.

 

If you ask me, both are science and art at the same time.
