    No kidding the details are off the mark. It was an extemporaneous post, meant to be outside the box of the OPs pedantic mindset on the topic.

    There really is nothing new?!

  5. $0

    If they are "professional" and at the same time are willing to teach you something means that they had no success in trading and belive that they could only capitalize by charging the fee for "education" :)
    Here is the joke that I already posted before, but it suites here very well:
    Q: Why did the trader fall from the roof?
    A: He slipped down.
    Q: Why did the second trader fall from the roof?
    A: He was trying to save the first one and slipped down too…
    Q: Why did the third trader fall from the roof?
    A: He jumped down trying to understand the mistakes that the first two traders made.
    Q: Why did the forth trader fall from the roof?
    A: He followed the third because he thought that the downtrend has begun…
    Q: Why did the fifth trader fall from the roof?
    A: He was learning the experiences that the falling traders had, because he decided to write the book about them…
    Q: Why did the sixth trader fall from the roof?
    A: He was reading the book that the fifth trader wrote…

    There are no secrets to learn about Trading Markets!!!
    There are no better trader for Your money then You!!!

    Trading is like all sports. Go and watch Tiger Woods for 5 days and see how better you play golf. See if you can turn professional afer those 5 days.

    No chance.

    It's the practise that makes you good. Thousands of trades.

    Get a simulator account and trade live to start. Buy a bunch of books and just start.

    Helpful points' KrsnA '' ttrading is like all sports'';
    and frankly it can be more difficult than most all sports.

    Actually think Jack Schwager 3 top trader books are underpriced/a bargain @ even retail,
    more so on sale;
    his trading course doesnt have many / or near as many good reviews. Same witrh DR Van Tharps books compared to his trading course

    A Olpmpic champ skeet shooter can /has to hit about 98 or 99% on mechanical sporting clays;
    on live game birds,[more than 1 set of emotions envolved ]same distance, much , much , much less % hit:D

  9. Quote from traderstatus:

    Those who can, DO. The others TEACH for a living.

    Not ridiculous at all. This is generally true with SOME exceptions.

    Sounds like that course is 99% overpriced;
    once one learns TA skills, which you could pick up most of that for free on elitetrader.com;
    the part that can be tough, is everything changes with money involved.

    And people who are skilled @ money management can have it even rougher taking a loss.

    An excellant library can be bought for $ 35 k less than that COURSE;
    most questions could be answered free here also.

    So no, to answer your question,
    repeating pattern of $0 for that seminar, especially with IBD,
    investors.com
    seminar offered for many times less.William O Neil seminar.
