================== GC Strange , but thought about your question for about 55 hours; 5% is probably hi range but acceptable. Even if its 70% or 80% hit rate i aim for more/higher % than that; not that lots/lots of money hasnt been made with larger DD than that & much lower % hit rate. 70% could not only mean more than 5 misses in a row[way to much for me]; monthly candles are quite useful- that could mean 30 months in a row wrong[30 months wrong out of 100]. Probably wouldnt be that bad.Also I am talking about trend trading when long & medium & some short term trends agree................................................................ 5 minutes is noise to me. murray tt; 55 year old I average 20-50% hit/kill rate on 55mph gamebirds[20 %kill rate is average]; almost always a trade miss , in my position trading means the medium trend has changed,stop trading till trend is correctly identified. Also i dont count a sideways trend as a miss; it is uptrending or downtrending
