How much should I ask for?

I am an option trader with a few years experience trading for a firm. I got pretty strong performance. A few million profit each year and this year YTD profit about 15 million+ USD.

I am wondering how much it is reasonable to ask for next year. Anyone has ideas how much those traders with similar performance get compensated?

 

at least 2 mil

perhaps 2.5
