    The only best way is what works best for you! For every science study that says this, there are 10 others that refute it with that . Personally, I'm beginning to think that as long as It Fits Your Macros, then eat whatever.

    Would advise against this. Micronutrients are very important. Meat, eggs, dairy, fruit, veg should be on the top of the list when picking foods to fit your macros.

    I try to eat .7-.8 grams of protein x body weight daily broken up over 4-6 servings

    Typical day is

    Shake 23 grams
    Grilled chicken 60 grams
    Protein bar 20 grams
    Grilled chicken or Tuna 60 grams
    Protein bar 20 grams

    Switch the protein bars with a dairy product, greek yogurt or quark or cottage cheese are high protein options.
