If we trade through proper trade management plan, i can bet there will be no emotion inside our trading and most importantly we will make more profit and less losses.

Leverage should be used based on the account size. Trader should not risk more than 1 or 2% of the trading capital on a particular trade. And rightly said above through proper money management plan risk attached along with high leverage can be controlled. However, I prefer to use upto 100x leverage.

  4. I agree with the previous replies. Leverage is a tool to be used with caution. It should be reduced as the deposit increases. I use 1:400 leverage.

  8. You need to decide this on the basis of the market situation, and for that you need to have the proper market analytical skills.

  9. Leverage would dictate return (or loss)on capital.

    Consider this question...

How much does my money return to me in percent? Then consider that you can deposit more money to your Forex Account if needed.

Binding capital in some of these Forex Firms can be a scary experience. USA residents are limited to the USA but ET has a global audience, thus I post.
