    By typically use I mean the leverage that you use day-to-day, not counting times when you increase size big time to capture special opportunities.
     
  2. Interesting poll. However, wouldn't the interpretation of the poll results be somewhat of a challenge, without knowing the respondents' distribution by asset class traded -- equities, futures, options, forex?

    Thought about that while preparing the poll. One can still sub-divide further, a prop stock day trader is very different from a retail mid-term stock trader. It just gets too complicated.

    This will still tell us how risk tolerance ET readers are...
