I recall in 2016 when he was debating Hillary that he bragged that he didn't pay a lot of taxes.

This is the dumbest thing I have ever read on this forum, and that's saying something.

Do you pay any taxes at all? If so, do you not take every deduction that is offered to you to minimize your taxes?

I'd like you to tell the truth - if you ignore deductions and don't take them, you're an idiot.

Tell me how much Amazon paid in taxes?

Who is at fault for this? The taxpayer or Congress and the idiot laws they pass, and the loopholes they create?

A tax dodger isn't someone who takes advantage of the tax law. A tax dodger is someone who violates the law. Did Trump break any law?

  4. The only fair tax is a flat tax.

"Progressive income taxes" (and some of their specialized loopholes) are a tool of power and control... which is why we have them.

Yeah, he totally flopped on that one. One of his many promises that he couldn't/wouldn't keep.

Like the wall? Like the market being a "big, ugly bubble"?

This is the stuff the left should be focused on. The stuff he said he would do and didn't. Or that he criticized and then did the same. Flip flops. Stupid ass comments. Lord knows there is so much to focus on, but what do they go after? The guy used tax loopholes as a businessman.

Its almost if the people running Biden's campaign are doing whatever they can to throw the election.

What Hillary Clinton said then on live TV on their 2016 debate, is that Donald Trump used tax loopholes. To which, Donald Trump replied that Hillary Clinton's billionaire buddies used more tax loopholes. Tax loopholes exist and it is not only Donald Trump among billionaires using it. To make it seem he is the only one using the tax loopholes put in by our no good politicians for their billionaire buddies is utter stupidity. All billionaires have access to and use the same tax loopholes including, Buffet, Gates, Zuckerberg, etc. Funny, the extreme liberal media never mentions their sacred cows billionaire liberals as abusing the US tax code full of tax loopholes for billionaires. Take note too that Donald Trump is worth like, $10 billion compared to the likes of Buffet, Zuckerberg, Gates, etc. and one is supposed to be outraged when these extreme liberals are way richer, multiples of several tens of billions richer than Donald Trump? This is a total BS non-issue.

The biggest tax cheats are illegals (foreigners) using and getting thousands of dollars from the Earned Income Tax Credit. That is the ultimate BS, tax confiscation and very much like communism. How does a family for 4 for instance, with a total income of say $12,000 where $500 is the taxes withheld from the couple so, they are due the $500 back but, by slight of hand, the Earned Income Credit instead, gives them a refund of $2,000 or more? Now, that extra $1,500 came out of some other family's pockets and they are not even filthy rich billionaires but, average joes? How is that even fair? Most illegals (foreigners) get paid under the table in cash so, no taxes on their income. In addition, they use other people's Social Security numbers and use their benefits on top of it. Some of them have committed identity fraud too, using your name and social security number and opening credit cards in your name and using it to buy expensive stuff and ruining your credit for life. That is not even counting the welfare, SSI, food stamps, section 8 that they apply for. All courtesy of the US taxpayers.
